RICHLAND, WASH. (November 19, 2025) ‒ Gesa, a leading credit union in the Pacific Northwest dedicated to driving meaningful change in the communities it serves, has launched its annual Holiday Gift Drive to help brighten the season for local families in need. From now through December 12, community members are encouraged to drop off new, unused toys at any Gesa branch location. All donations will benefit local nonprofit organizations that provide vital services and resources to people and families across the region.
This year’s drive will support nonprofits such as Communities In Schools of Washington, Triumph Foundation, Canopy Services, and Forgotten Children’s Fund. Examples of gifts to donate include stuffed animals, books, puzzles, games, and warm winter accessories.
Gesa team members are also joining in on the holiday giving by volunteering their time with these four nonprofit organizations. Across Washington and Idaho, team members will shop for gifts and essential items that will be distributed through these partner organizations to help families in need.
“Every holiday season, we’re inspired by how our members and team come together to make the holidays brighter for the communities we call home,” said Brandon Allison, VP of Community Impact at Gesa Credit Union. “What may seem like a small gesture, such as donating a toy or volunteering an afternoon, can bring joy to a child or comfort to a family during challenging times. It’s these moments of connection that remind us of the spirit of community.”
This year, Gesa’s goal is to collect 500 gifts across the Pacific Northwest. Community members can track the campaign’s progress on Gesa’s social media channels, where updates will be posted on the collection goal and stories of impact.
