Gesa Credit Union Awards More Than $10,000 to
Five Tri-Cities Youth Baseball Leagues
RICHLAND, WASH. (July 17, 2026) ‒ Gesa, a leading credit union in the Pacific Northwest dedicated to driving meaningful change in the communities it serves, will award a combined $10,875 to five Tri-Cities youth baseball leagues. Each league will receive $2,175, raised through members’ everyday purchases with the Tri-City Dust Devils Affinity Card.
Pasco Little League will receive its check during an on-field presentation at Friday night’s Dust Devils game, timed to the team’s advancement to the Little League Intermediate Baseball Western Region Tournament.
“Every time a member uses their Dust Devils Affinity Card, a small donation goes to youth baseball in the Tri-Cities, and this season, those everyday purchases added up to $2,175 for each of five local leagues,” said Brandon Allison, VP of Community Impact at Gesa Credit Union. “We’re honored to hand Pasco Little League their check on the field as they head to the Western Region tournament, because our members made that trip a little easier for the families behind these players.”
Every purchase made with the Dust Devils Affinity Card generates a donation from Gesa at no cost to the member. This year’s funds go to five local leagues: Pasco Little League, Greater Richland Little League, Richland Nation Little League, Kennewick National Youth Baseball, and Kennewick American Youth Baseball.
The card was introduced in 2016 through Gesa’s long-standing partnership with the Dust Devils, the Los Angeles Angels High-A affiliate in Pasco, Washington. Following a recent expansion of the program, every transaction now benefits local youth baseball teams, with contributions awarded annually.
Pasco Little League’s advancement toward the Western Region tournament prompted Gesa to present this year’s awards early, so the funds can help families with out-of-pocket travel costs for the tournament. The presentation will take place on the field during the Dust Devils game on Friday, July 17.
“We thank Gesa and all the members who use their Dust Devils Affinity Card,” said Theresa Scott, Pasco National Little League President. “This money will help our players and coaches with expenses on their way to Arizona. This partnership with Gesa has been a great one for all the leagues who appreciate all the support Gesa’s members give our leagues!”
The Tri-City Dust Devils Affinity Card is available exclusively at Gesa Credit Union and is free to Gesa members with a checking account. Members can choose the card at any Gesa branch or at gesa.com.
