We’re from Yakima, we know Yakima home loans.

Our local home loan experts can get your foot in the door.

If you’re considering homeownership, we’d love for you to meet our local Yakima home loan experts, Lori Rainford, Leigh Ann Fuentes, and Nadia Gutierrez!

All three of our home loan officers have lived in Yakima their whole lives. Lori digs all the local eats and drinks—especially apples and Hazy IPAs. Leigh Ann loves the four seasons here but can’t wait until winter ends so she can get in her pool. Nadia enjoys munching on sliders from Cowiche Canyon with her two girls, but they don’t stay out long before they miss their dogs at home.

For a lot of folks, having a good experience buying a home is made possible by working with local experts. Lori, Leigh Ann, and Nadia’s strong ties to the community make them trusted advisors in the homebuying process. They’ll help you discover your rate and take advantage of:

A loan tailored to your needs:

  • FHA, Conventional, or VA
  • Competitive Yakima market interest rates

If you have a stable income and good credit—you could be a homeowner! We have options that fit every financial journey.

Meet Lori, Leigh Ann, and Nadia at our Yakima branches and tell them all about your homebuying goals.
