Easy Ways to Pay Your Loan

It's easy to make payments on your Gesa loan, even if you're paying with funds from another financial institution. Please note that these payment options are available for making payments on all accounts except for Gesa Visa® credit cards and mortgages.

Paying from a Gesa Account

You can make a loan payment through one of many of our FREE electronic services: Xpress Online transfer, Bill Payer, Member Contact Center, Xpress Telephone Banking, payroll deduction/ACH, and/or the most convenient method, Auto Pay.

Paying from a Non-Gesa Account

Our new Online Payment Center allows you to quickly and securely make your Gesa Credit Union loan payments using funds from another financial institution. You may use your checking account, savings account or debit card.

To register and make a payment, simply visit our Online Payment Center, and create your username and password. You only need to register one time for this service. Once you're approved, all future online payments can be made quickly and easily with your established user name and password in just a few clicks!

You can also make payments to your loan from another financial institution by utilizing our Auto Pay service (you will be redirected to DocuSign, where your identity will be verified prior to completing and submitting the form) or by calling our Member Contact Center at 888.946.4372.

Payment Information

There is no fee for payments made using the Online Payment Center. Payments made before 6:00 p.m. PST will be processed the same day, effective dated on the day of the request and any payments processed after 6:00 p.m. PST will not be processed until the next business day. The maximum payment amount is $5,000. There is a $10.00 fee for any payments made by phone.
