This is Uni, Gesa's New Digital Assistant.

Uni can help you get quick answers to basic questions about products and services!

How do I use Uni?

Uni can be found in the lower right corner of gesa.com. When you navigate to gesa.com, a small window will open in the corner of the screen so you can get started asking Uni questions!

Why is Gesa adding a digital assistant to gesa.com?

Adding a digital assistant on gesa.com allows you to get quick answers to basic questions regarding products and services. For example, a common question we get is “What is Gesa’s routing number?”. Uni can easily answer this! We hope this will save you time and provide you with an even better member service experience.

What if Uni doesn’t know the answer to a question?

Ask again! Uni is designed in such a way that it will connect you with a live agent, either by phone or chat, if it doesn’t know the answer on the second ask. Initially, Uni won’t have all the answers. However, the more we all use Uni, the more knowledgeable Uni will get. So keep on using it, even if it does not know the answer!
